Located in the Roosevelt Row Neighborhood, The Stewart is a 19-story mixed-use development designed to support downtown Phoenix living.
A rooftop pool and spa capture skyline iconic skyline views, providing poolside lounging and varied seating areas for socializing. An 8th floor courtyard provides a more intimate area with varied seating areas for groups of all sizes. The streetscape design preserved existing large shade trees, and created patios for spill out dining and retail.
