The Coloradan Hero

The Coloradan

How do you uniquely position a condo tower at one of the most desirable transit locations in the city?

Lifestyle, gathering, and amenity areas become the central focus to support residential life in the city

As the only for-sale residences in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, the Coloradan is designed for life in the city. At the intersection of transit, entertainment, open space, and a historic walking district, The Coloradan was designed keeping this unique position in mind.

Two roof decks provide unique gathering spaces. On the 18th floor, a pool deck spills out from a club lounge. This area serves as the social gathering hub. A 5th floor amenity space features views of the historic Union Station and train station, and hosts a community garden, harvest cleaning area, and small gathering areas. A green roof on this level is planted with succulents. The 5th floor amenity deck was designed with the idea that it would be viewed from upper floors and provides visual interest from patterns and texture.
