Gretchen is dedicated to utilizing the power of public space to bring diverse communities together, improve health and well-being, connect people to healthy foods, create resilient habitats, and improve the environment. As a co-founder of Dig Studio, she has helped grow the firm from four to forty-four people in 10 years, with an emphasis on diversity, collaboration, and organic evolution. She specializes in public engagement and crafting unique and meaningful strategies to uniquely connect with each community we serve. Gretchen has served in multiple leadership roles within ASLA and believes in the power of the organization to positively shape the influence and understanding of the practice of landscape architecture. She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and will graduate in June of 2025 with a Master of Science in Environmental Science (Water Systems Specialization).
