Verrado

The 8,800-acre Verrado site is strategically located in the 4,000-foot-high White Tank Mountains, providing a spectacular backdrop and dramatic “sense of place.”

The Dig Studio team has been involved since the beginning of the development, from master plan and design guidelines to neighborhood thematics, commercial site planning, civic amenities, and the design and construction of many parks and recreational facilities.

Recent neighborhoods designed include the East District and the Heritage District, along with ongoing parks and trails throughout the community. With over 26 miles of hiking and biking trails and 86 parks, there are plenty of opportunities for kids and adults of all ages to get out enjoy everything from recreating in a diverse range of parks, a casual morning stroll, to an ambitious summit hike.
