Market Station is a mixed-use development on the site of the former RTD Market Street Bus Station in Lower Downtown Denver. Dig Studio is collaborating with Continuum Partners, Eldorado Architects, and BOKA Powell on the project that includes 177,000 square feet of retail and office space, 225 residential units, and pedestrian paseo’s and arcades that celebrate a new era of public open space within the transit-dense district of Denver Union Station.
