Public realm Design Guidelines were created for the entire development.
Design included the central plaza and gathering space along Uinta Street, the streetscape design throughout the District, and landscape treatments along Central Park Blvd.
This 48-acre site is one of the last remaining parcels of the Stapleton redevelopment project, located at a key station along the RTD A Line between Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport. This new transit-oriented development provides a high density development opportunity with a strong connection to a vibrant infill community.
